Questions
- Who needs a paid plan in a team?
- Only the organization's owner. An organization gets its owner's plan, and members join for free - their own personal goals follow their own plan.
- What counts as a member?
- Everyone in the organization, plus invitations that are still open.
- What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
- You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that nothing is deleted - you just can't add more than the smaller plan allows until you're back under its limits.
- How do I pay, cancel or get an invoice?
- Checkout, invoices, card changes and cancellation are handled by Paddle. Open Billing in the app and use "Manage subscription", or the link in your receipt email. Switching plans is prorated.
- Can I host it myself?
- Yes - the source is on GitHub and self-hosting is free, with no plan limits. The paid plans are for the hosted service.
